I take food that has been cooked together with turmeric and other spices every day for years now, mainly Indian and Malay dishes. And cook turmeric rice instead of white rice for dinner. Cabbage, spinach, brussels sprouts, and kale, to name a few, are some of the most effective antivirals greens. They work to inhibit the development of viruses.
